At Såstaholm we are experts at conferences.

We were voted by the customers of conference organisers Svenska Möten as the 2009 conference venue of the year. 
The organisation also awarded us the highest mark in its quality assessment of its more than 100 member hotels. For us though the best testimony is provided by our happy customers - at Såstaholm 90% come back to stay with us.

We would like to help you organise your conference. If you let us know the purpose of your meeting, how much time you have, who is in your group, etc., we can ensure that the conditions are perfect for a successful conference. 


What do our conference organisers do?

• Select the right venue for each group
• Provide consultation on selecting a conference model
• Give dining suggestions
• Propose activities that suit the purpose of your event: getting to know each other in the group, becoming energised, having fun, etc.
• Book transport (taxis, coaches or helicopters)
• Arrange entertainment (or you could take to the stage yourself)
• Provide suggestions as to how you can put the finishing touches to your conference
• Answer questions about conference techniques
• Make sure that everything works and is in place as agreed.
• Remain at your disposal for any questions that may crop up before or during a conference.
• Last but not least, they and their colleagues do whatever is required to ensure that you feel like stars while you are guests here at Såstaholm.
